Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

Kilnov provides automated call-handling services that help businesses capture missed phone calls and organize client requests. The platform answers calls when a business is unavailable, collects basic request details from the caller, and delivers those requests to the business through the Kilnov dashboard.

2. Call Handling

When a consumer calls a participating business and the call is not answered, Kilnov may answer the call using automated systems in order to collect basic request information such as the service requested, preferred day or time, and the caller’s name.

3. Call Recording and Processing

Calls handled through Kilnov may be recorded, transcribed, or processed by automated systems in order to operate the service, generate summaries for businesses, maintain reliability, and improve system performance.

4. Business Subscribers

Businesses subscribing to Kilnov are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction, including disclosure requirements related to call recording or automated call handling.

5. Billing and Subscription

Kilnov is offered as a subscription-based service. Pricing is presented at the time of signup and may vary depending on the selected plan.

By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee associated with your selected plan. Billing occurs on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified at the time of signup.

A free trial period may be offered (e.g., 14 days). After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew and the payment method on file will be charged unless the subscription is canceled prior to renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at support@kilnov.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kilnov is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kilnov is not responsible for network outages, carrier routing delays, infrastructure interruptions, or other telecommunications-related issues outside of Kilnov’s control.

Liability is limited to the amount paid by the subscribing business during the preceding 30 days.

7. Infrastructure Providers

Kilnov relies on third-party telecommunications and infrastructure providers, such as Twilio, to deliver call routing and processing services.
